Senior Pastor J. P. Stovall
Dr. J.P. Stovall is the father of two sons, John Preston and Michael Elias. They are the pride and joy of his life. Dr. Stovall is an athlete, evangelist, and above all, a pastor with a pastor's heart. He accepted the call of God to preach the gospel at the age of 13 and has been preaching ever since. He currently shepherds Victory Worship Center, a Church of God congregation located in Jackson, Tennessee. Dr. Stovall’s straightforward style of preaching, laced with humor brings refreshing biblical insight to contemporary problems. Dr. Stovall is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee. He graduated from South Side High School, Lee University with a Bachelors Degree in Church Leadership with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry, a Masters Degree in Ministry Studies with an emphasis in Leadership Studies from Lee University, and received a Doctor of Ministry Degree from North Central Theological Seminary in December of 2024.
Dr. Stovall was also elected to serve District 1 on the Jackson City Council in May of 2023 beginning his career in politics.
