Dr. J.P. Stovall is married to Brandy and they have two sons, John Preston and Michael Elias. Dr. Stovall is an athlete, evangelist, and above all, a pastor with a pastor's heart. He accepted the call of God to preach the gospel at the age of 13 and has been preaching ever since. He currently shepherds Victory Worship Center, a Church of God congregation located in Jackson, Tennessee. Dr. Stovall’s straightforward style of preaching, laced with humor brings refreshing biblical insight to contemporary problems. Dr. Stovall is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee. He graduated from South Side High School, Lee University with a Bachelors Degree in Church Leadership with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry, a Masters Degree in Ministry Studies with an emphasis in Leadership Studies from Lee University, and received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Union Bible Theological Seminary. Brandy is a talented musician with a passion for teaching. Brandy graduated from North Side High School and the University of Memphis with a Bachelors Degree in Education. Tony & Cheryl Stewart have been married 19 years with four children and three grandchildren. They currently serve as youth leaders with over 15 years of experience in the youth department. Tony serves on the praise and worship team, and is on our church leadership committee. Cheryl is also the president of our ladies ministry, L.A.C.E. Their prayer is to help minister and lead young people and souls to Jesus Christ; To go beyond the walls of the church and carry the gospel to a lost and hurting community. We invite teens to join us for a great time of fun, faith, and fellowship.
Carol Fitzgerald has been a member of Victory Worship Center since its inception on East Chester Street. Carol began playing the piano at the age of 12 and is self taught and plays by ear. She enjoys serving her church and leading Victory Worship Center’s praise team as they lead us each service in worship.
